Flavorful Mediterranean Chicken Tenders

These Mediterranean Chicken Tenders are quick, nutritious, and delicious, featuring succulent chicken infused with aromatic spices and a crispy exterior.

  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Juice from 1 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer (400°F for oven, 380°F for air fryer).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add chicken tenders to marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Place on a Baking Sheet or Air Fryer Basket.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or air fry for 12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with lemon juice and fresh herbs as desired.

Notes

Leftover tenders can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days. Great served with a side of salad or in pitas with tzatziki.
