Easy, Zesty Two-Ingredient Lemon Bars

  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  3. Grease a 9×9-inch square baking dish to prevent sticking.
  4. Pour the lemon mixture into the greased baking dish and smooth out with a spatula.
  5. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the edges are firm and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Slice into squares and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
