Easy and Delicious No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

A delightful melding of salty pretzels and creamy peanut butter, these no-bake clusters are quick to prepare and universally loved.

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) and stir until creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the pretzel sticks until evenly coated.
  4. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop out the mixture and drop onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Serve and enjoy; store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
