Easter Jell-O Pie

A festive pastel layered dessert featuring sweet and tangy Jell-O flavors combined with a creamy filling, perfect for spring celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Pastel sprinkles
  • Candy eggs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jell-O powders by placing 1 cup boiling water in three separate heatproof bowls and stirring in one box of Jell-O until completely dissolved.
  2. Add cold water to each bowl, stirring to combine, and let sit at room temperature.
  3. Make the creamy filling by beating the softened cream cheese until smooth and folding in the whipped topping.
  4. Divide the cream cheese mixture into three bowls and fold each into a different Jell-O flavor.
  5. Assemble the pie by spooning the lemon layer into the graham cracker crust and refrigerating until set.
  6. Add the grape layer once the lemon layer is set and refrigerate again.
  7. Finish with the berry blue layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream, pastel sprinkles, and candy eggs before serving.

Notes

For best results, pour each colored layer slowly over the back of a spoon to avoid breaking the layer beneath. Ensure cream cheese is fully softened for a lump-free filling.
