The Delightful Chicken Crunch Wrap

A savory blend of tender chicken, crispy textures, and vibrant flavors all wrapped in a warm tortilla.

  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • Cooking Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add cooking oil. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  2. Remove the chicken and let it cool for a few minutes. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks.
  3. Chop the lettuce and dice the tomatoes while the chicken cools.
  4. Layer the tortilla with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom.
  6. In the skillet, heat more oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the wraps, let them cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Customize fillings to suit preferences. Use leftovers creatively by transforming them into other meals.
