  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Fold in the diced apples into the dry mixture.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract until frothy.
  6. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is set and lightly golden.
