Delicious Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups

Flavorful and family-friendly keto roll-ups filled with savory steak and melted cheese, perfect for any mealtime.

  • 2 large low-carb tortillas or wraps
  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak (like ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • 8 oz provolone or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers with salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. Push veggies to one side and add sliced steak, seasoning with salt and pepper, cooking for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  3. Mix sautéed veggies into the cooked steak and let the mixture cool slightly.
  4. Lay each tortilla on a clean surface and fill with steak and vegetable mixture, then top with shredded cheese.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly around the filling, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, or bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes until crispy and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, consider including sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños. Use mild cheese for a kid-friendly version.
