  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes thoroughly, then cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the halved potatoes and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
