Ingredients

  • Fresh mozzarella sticks
  • All-purpose flour
  • Eggs
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Nashville hot chicken seasoning
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workstation: Set up three bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of panko breadcrumbs and Nashville hot seasoning.
  2. Coat the Mozzarella: Dredge each stick in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in the panko mixture.
  3. Freeze for Firmness: Arrange on a baking sheet and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Heat the Oil: Preheat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) for frying or 390°F (200°C) for air frying.
  5. Fry or Air Fry: Fry until golden brown (2-3 minutes) or air fry for 6-7 minutes, flipping halfway.
