Fresh and Flavorful Cranberry Orange Chicken

  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • ½ cup Orange Juice

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then marinate the chicken.
  3. Cook in the slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until tender.
  4. Taste and adjust sauce seasonings as needed before serving.
  5. Transfer chicken to a platter, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with orange slices before serving.
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

Notes

Feel free to substitute chicken thighs for extra juiciness. This dish can be made ahead by marinating the night before.
