Impressive Cranberry Brie Stuffed Chicken

A delightful dish featuring juicy chicken breasts stuffed with creamy brie and tangy cranberry sauce, baked to golden perfection.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and make a pocket in each by cutting horizontally through the thickest part.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pocket with a spoonful of cranberry sauce followed by pieces of brie cheese.
  5. Secure the pockets with toothpicks.
  6. Place in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before removing toothpicks and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle with olive oil before baking and consider adding herbs for additional aroma.
