Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and chocolate chips.
