Condensed Milk Pecan Pie

A delightful twist on the classic pecan pie featuring the creaminess of sweetened condensed milk and the crunch of toasted pecans.

  • 1 ½ cups pecans (chopped or halved)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • ¾ cup light corn syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, corn syrup, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the pecans.
  5. Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 40-45 minutes, until the center is set.
  6. Cool for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a nuttier twist, substitute maple syrup for corn syrup. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
