Chicken, Sausage, Potatoes, Broccoli, and Corn Foil Packets

A simple one-pan foil packet meal with juicy chicken, savory sausage, tender potatoes, and fresh vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights or backyard barbecues.

  • 3 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 turkey sausage link, sliced
  • 4 small red potatoes, chopped
  • 2 ears of corn, sliced into rounds
  • 12 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Kinder’s Grilled Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp steakhouse potato seasoning
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic & herb seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Butter, small pats for each packet

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut out large pieces of aluminum foil at least 12 inches long.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chicken, turkey sausage, potatoes, corn, and broccoli. Toss gently.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings, then toss to combine.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly among the foil pieces.
  6. Place small pats of butter on top of each packet.
  7. Fold the foil over the ingredients and seal tightly.
  8. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  9. Remove from the grill, let cool slightly, then carefully open the packets and serve.

Notes

Cut ingredients into similar sizes for uniform cooking. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze assembled packets for up to 2 months.
