  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat until foamy but not burning.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Include the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer on moderate heat.
  6. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked pasta, salt, and pepper, tossing to combine.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
