Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls

Delightful lasagna rolls filled with chicken, spinach, and a rich Alfredo sauce, creating a comforting and customizable family meal.

  • 912 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped spinach, 1 cup mozzarella, and ½ cup Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread ½ cup Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Lay out cooked noodles and add about 2 tablespoons of filling to one end, rolling tightly.
  6. Place noodles seam-side down in the baking dish. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

You can prepare the rolls ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.
