Cheesy Baked Vegetable Rolls

Delicious and easy-to-make baked rolls filled with vibrant vegetables and oozy cheese, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Fresh vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, zucchini)
  • Cream cheese and shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Won ton wrappers or puff pastry sheets
  • Seasonings (garlic powder, salt, pepper)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped vegetables, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and seasonings.
  3. Lay out won ton wrappers and place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold over diagonally, and press to seal.
  4. Lightly grease a baking sheet and arrange the rolls, ensuring they aren’t touching.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
