Sweet and Scrumptious Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

Delicious cheesecake bars layered with caramel and apples, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon. Press into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold in diced apples and nutmeg into the batter. Pour over the cooled crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Let cool completely, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

Serve chilled or at room temperature. These bars can be made ahead of time for convenience.
