A comforting fusion of creamy Alfredo and spicy Buffalo chicken, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

  • 8 oz Pasta (Fusilli or Penne)
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cooked chicken. Stir for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Add the Alfredo Sauce: Pour in Alfredo and Buffalo sauces, stirring to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Combine with Pasta: Add cooked pasta and toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water to adjust consistency if needed.
  5. Cheesy Finish: Stir in Parmesan until melted and blended. Adjust seasoning as desired.
  6. Serve Warm: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu or vegetables. Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of Buffalo sauce.
