Buckeye Fudge

Rich, creamy, and indulgently peanut buttery, Buckeye Fudge is a delightful blend of chocolate and peanut butter, making it a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet, dark, or milk)
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Mix peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Sift confectioners’ sugar into the peanut butter mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan, then drizzle the melted chocolate on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

For best results, store in an airtight container and chill well before serving.
