Apple Goat Cheese Croissant

A delightful combination of sweet apples and tangy goat cheese wrapped in flaky croissants, perfect for brunch or as an appetizer.

  • 4 Croissants
  • 8 oz Goat Cheese
  • 2 Apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp)
  • Honey (for drizzling)
  • Fresh Herbs or Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven or Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Core and thinly slice the apples.
  3. Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  4. Spread goat cheese on the bottom half and add slices of apple.
  5. Drizzle honey over the apples and add optional herbs or nuts if desired.
  6. Place the top half of the croissant back on and arrange on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving and drizzle with extra honey if desired.

Notes

For a sweeter version, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the apples before assembling.
