Apple Cider Float Ice Cream

A delightful blend of spiced apple cider and creamy vanilla ice cream, perfect for autumn gatherings.

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Ground cinnamon (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the apple cider over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes until aromatic.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate until completely chilled.
  3. Scoop generous portions of vanilla ice cream into tall glasses or bowls.
  4. Pour the chilled apple cider over the ice cream.
  5. Top with whipped cream.
  6. Garnish with ground cinnamon and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
