Warm & Comforting Alfredo Bake

A creamy, garlicky casserole layered with pasta, chicken, and melted cheese, perfect for family gatherings or cozy weeknight dinners.

  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella and Parmesan)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup optional veggies (broccoli or spinach)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, cheese, Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, and any optional veggies.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
