  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 12 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine vegetable oil, ranch dressing mix, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Place saltine crackers in a large bowl or zip-top bag for mixing.
  3. Pour the marinade over the crackers and toss or shake until evenly coated.
  4. Let the crackers marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  5. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and spread the crackers in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.

Notes
